Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Returns are not applicable due to the nature of our products (digital downloads). If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.

There are certain situations where refunds are granted during the first 10 days of purchase:

  • Someone else has ordered in your name.
  • There was a technical issue originating from our website which prevented you from downloading a mailing list you have paid for.
  • Any other explanation that our team will find reasonable.

Please read the product description carefully and review the sample (product images) before ordering. There should be no confusion as to what you are ordering.

Refunds

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges, just like refund, are not applicable in case of digital products. It’s just impossible to confirm that a user has completely discarded the digital files. We appologize for this inconvenience.
